All I want to do is replace my xbox live email from my q.com email to my hotmail email so I can fix my xbox password.
A long time ago I used a qwest email and attached it to my xbox account. Now my q.com email is inaccessible and I can't change the password to my xbox live account. I used to move the profile with a memory card but the new security proofs want me to
update my security and to do that I need my very old xbox live password which I can't remember and to change that password means I need my q.com email, which I do have the password for but century link says doesn't exist and when entered into msn, I get a
page that says "Internal Server Error"
