Up to the Windows 8.1 Preview Use ISO from Windows 8 Pro

MSN2011(Windwos Live Messenger) is not work by error Code 80090004

Massage is "登陆Windows Live Messenger 失败，因为服务暂时不可用。请稍后再试。"

Means "Login to Windows Live Messenger is failure，couse the server is not avilable now. please try again later."

i still cannot use windwos live messenger i istalled the essentials as u told me

i cannot find my previous questions and answers
I am struggling with windows live messenger  for a few weeks
last time u told me to erase everything from program files and to install the essentials which i did
now I downloaded and installed windows live messenger and it looked like a success
I cannot find the program in program files  (i have 2 of them)
i do i start the messenger and use it?
