When my hotmail account was upgraded to use outlook.com interface, they lost all my emails. Despite lengthy discussions, questions and answers, they insist I hadn't accessed my account for >365 days - not true. Now they have stopped answering my messages
about this. Upshot: I do not trust them not to lose my emails again sometime and refuse to do anything about it. Hence I would like to export my messages once in a while so that I always know I have a safe copy of them. (I don't want to use POP, I just want
to do an export). Is there any way of doing this?

I am struggling with windows live messenger for a few weeks
last time u told me to erase everything from program files and to install the essentials which i did
now I downloaded and installed windows live messenger and it looked like a success
I cannot find the program in program files (i have 2 of them)
i do i start the messenger and use it?
