how can I stop mail from bouncing back, showing an invalid email address that I did not use. I typed in a valid address, it was received by that person, yet a message bounces back showing undeliverable to an address that does not exist

When transfering mail accounts from a xp computer to win7 computer I ended up with duplicate accounts. I used the easy transfer program and cable. I have two mail accounts and both have duplicates. I am afraid to delete accounts for fear I can lose emails.  am using Windows Live Mail 2011.

Why this mandatory Windows Live Mail updates?

Microsoft has no legitimate right to force anyone to install Windows Live Essentials update. However, when I installed it I got Assertion Failed error message, and Microsoft can't even fix the problem. What a shame!

trouble sending emails to AOL subscribers

My emails on Windows Live Mail  to AOL subscribers are being bounced back with an error code of 554 RLYB1.html. Has anyone else had this problem?

This is the third day I am searching for an answer as to why I am unable to access Windows Live Mail.  Perhpas you haven't an answer and I must pay $100 to have a friendly computer man come and solve the issue for me.    That should not be!

Unable to reply to or create new emails after updating

I have the same problem.I was unable to open Windows Live Mail. A message came up that I needed to update to Windows Live Essential. I did this and Windows Live Mail opens and receives emails but |I am unable to reply to any or to create new emails. The system just gives me a huge page of 'computer gobble de guke' containing several error messages. I have tried System Restore to go back to where I used to be and then it wont let me open Windows Live Mail again. If I uninstall Windows Live Essentials will the system go back to where it used to be with Windows Live Mail working again and will I keep all my emails and contacts or will I loose them all when I uninstall Windows Live Essentials.

Have used Live Mail on my laptop without problems for 2 years, but am suddenly getting same emails delivered over and over again. I am having to delete literally hundreds of mails each time I go in.

Each time mail is delivered now, it delivers one or two new emails plus loads of copies of emails already received.  It always ends with an error (see below).  I had the laptop set up for me when I bought it and I know very little about it so I would appreciate any replies in the simplest terms possible!  Thanks.

Trying to add default sig to email. Can not find "File" menu (at top left of Windows Live Mail page) to access Options.

I cannot send attachments in windows live.

I cannot send pictures in Windows Live as attachments in emails.  Image will show on the face of the email but attachment is blocked.  A message pops up which says
