Every time I click on a link to send a email (not sending email from my email account), this little window called Windows Live Mail appears. I type the message and all the information needed and then I click send, it gives me back an error message. I don't remember the wording exactly, but it has something to do with a POP. How do I get it to work? Or do I even need it? Thank you!

Hello All,

About a week ago we were unable to receive or send emails.

I spoke with Optusnet regarding this and they said everything is correct and I should I contact Microsoft. Well i contacted microsoft and they put me onto this website.

This is the error message that comes up

I never deleted my first email from Hotmail Staff, Welcome to MSN Hotmail. It still shows up on outlook.com but the body is missing. When I first installed Windows Live Mail 2012, it initially appeared in the list but after downloading all the emails it subsequently disappeared. Why? And how to get it back?
Why does 'reply' open a full empty sheet and does not have the previous emails that I want to answer.
Why does 'reply' open a full empty sheet and does not have the previous emails that I want to answer.

Windows Live Mail will not open.  I get the following error message:

Windows Live Mail could not be started. Closing Windows Mail. Your calendar contains corrupt data that is forcing Windows Live Mail to close. 0x8E5E0408

How can I correct this problem?

When I 'reply' to an email..  a blank sheet comes up to the sender, but does not include the posted 'past' emails.  I have to switch back and forth between the blank sheet and the past message in order to answer.  Why is it not on the same page anymore?

How do I get rid of the blank 'reply' sheet?   Is this a new Windows Live update?

Original title: windows live mailwon't go offline

Windows Live Mail went offline without me asking it to and now won't go back online.  Any suggestions?

Starting on August 15 I was unable to send emails using Windows Live Mail ( Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308).  I can receive emails and the emails to be sent are in the "Sent Items" folder.  I can send and receive when using the mail server on the web.  When I went to another WiFi location I could send and receive emails using Windows Live email.  Sometimes when I try to send I get a message from Windows Live Mail "The spell check on this document was halted. Do you want to send anyway".  I have tried changing the  Outgoing mail smtp from 25 to 587 with no effect. This problem occurs on two separate laptops.  I have spoken to my ISP provider who says it is not there problem.
An unknown error has occurred.
