I want to clear my unsent mail as I continue to get message that one message is unsent.

Microsoft's getting started email reads as below.               BUT WHICH ADD-ON and HOW DO I FIND IT . PLEASE HELP!!!

Windows Live Mail is unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (zxath) account.

Server Error: 4102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001


Windows Live mail will send mail but will not receive mail from my Hotmail account. Can anyone advise me what's happening? will it fix itself? is it a problem with hotmail etc????....It's absolutely urgent I get this sorted asap.

I have 2 problems:

 

1. Windows live mail.  When I opened windows live mail, it said:  Windows live mail could not be started.  It may not be installed corretly.  It shows error

   (0x80041161)

 

    My disk is not full.

 

 

2.  Outlook.com.  Cannot read my e-mail in Outlook.com.  

 

 

I am using windows 7 home premium. 

 

What is the next upgrade for windows 7 home premium?

Windows Live mail will not allow me to open picture attachments.

I'm running Windows 8.1 with Internet explorer 11 and since updating to Windows 8.1 I can no longer open attachments to Windows Live email that contains a photo.  Icon has a red X in the middle of the icon.  Won't view as slide show either. 


Suggestions say to allow all attachments.  Did that and had the email forwarded to me again but still can't open the attachment.  Strange is that my wife on her Windows 7 computer can open the files with no problems.


Tried adding the email address of the person sending the email as always accept attachments but that did no good either.


Had a customer who reported the same problem with some of her customers but back then a couple of weeks back before upgrade to Windows 8.1, I could open the file, so thought she was doing something wrong.


Removing all the security still won't let it open or download the attachment.

help with CATPHA in windows live mail. Tried at least 100 times, can't tell Capital vs small letters and can no longer use email. The little sound device doesn't work.  Is there anything else I can try?

I am apparently unable to distinguish between capital and small letters in the CATPHA "puzzle". The little sound device doesn't work. I have spent hours on this and must have tried all the "puzzles". I have to solve it to regain access to Windows Live Mail. Is there anything else I can try?



windows live mail error 550 (RD109006)

I sent an e-mail and now I can an error Message:  Server Error 550, Server Response:  550 Invalid mailbox. (RD 109006)  I keep getting
a message to resend.  How can I delete this message?  It is not in my sent box.  Help!

I have run windows live mail for many years, until recently 3 accounts, BT, g mail and hot mail have worked perfectly together, only one is still working g mail. All help appreciated

Hi!

My grandmother is having issues with the above mentioned Server Error when trying to synchronize her Hotmail account in Windows Live Mail.
I have tried to re-install WLM, remove her profile and re-adding it, reset Internet Explorer, deleted all registry key and folders connected to WLM before trying another re-installation, all without success.
Her Hotmail account works when accessing it from the Outlook Web Client, but I haven´t tried the Outlook 2013 client yet.

I have searched and looked for a solution on Google and all the related results, but none of them have worked so now I turn to you for help with solving this issue.

I have been given full access to her Hotmail account so just ask if there is anything you need!

sign in name in windows live mail

In the sign in box in my Windows Live Mail Inbox is a name which I think I put on a form when setting up Skype.  I would like to change this name but cannot find where it is stored so I can change or delete it.
