I'm trying to open an email account for my daughter, but since she's 11 years old, I'm having to go through an age verification process. Fine.
After i enter in my credit card information to charge my $.50, the next page says:

We're unable to complete your request.
Microsoft Account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.
After experiencing this error message 3 times now (and i bet charged three separate times) and seeing many others experiencing this problem without any posted solution, i thought i would post here to see if a support moderator would be able to assist.
Yes, I've tried this on different computers using different browsers. Yes, ive cleared out my cache and temp files before. Yes, all my billing information is there on my parent account. The error is consistent.
Please private message or email me with the information you need. I'd rather not post that information here for all to see.

I recently changed my windows live ID primary alias, because I was using an email address from a local ISP that I no longer wish to use. After I changed it, I began to have problems with my outlook.com account. I did this on Monday and purchased a Windows phone that I tried to link the account with today. This is a brand new phone. When I tried to connect my phone to my account I received an error message that my email or password is incorrect. Also, my one note folders are no longer syncing with sky drive after I changed my primary alias. Please help me. Thank you.
