Sending / receiving messenger/skype invitations from outlook.com People.

TL;DR

trying to "Invite to Messenger" from people.outlook.com

i get:

This page is temporarily unavailable
We're sorry, there was a problem showing this page. We experienced some technical difficulties retrieving the content.

on IE10/11 and firefox.

on same PC with a different MS account i can send the invitation just fine.

Also if i send the invitation to my account i never receive it.

this had been going on since March.

today i was able to receive an invitation. 

/shrug.

Is anyone having problems inviting a new IM on their site?  When I try to invite the page states they are have technical difficulties.  This has been for two days now.. Help  What might be the problem?

I’m unable to add friend in Messenger

Hey Everyone...

See, I am a Google User :) Tho I recently switched to SkyDrive and Outlook...

Many Great features they had but its "Invite Friends" in Messenger doesnt work, Everytime I try to invite someone, it shows this -

Also, I tried this on IE 10, Chrome 30 and Firefox 25 with .outlook, .live and .hotmail accounts, Still same problem.

Please try to fix this as soon as possible

Trying to open an account for my child.  When I get to the point to verify her account by verifying that I am an adult I get an error every time.  This has been happening for a week now.

I am trying to create a hotmail account for my 12 year old. I go through the process and enter my credit card information to pay the 50 cents and I keep getting a message stating that microsoft is experiencing technical difficulties. I've been trying for two days now. What is wrong and how can I fix it?

I can’t access hotmail at all, is this due to technical difficulties? Please help.

I haven't been able to access hotmail at all this afternoon (last 2 or 3 hours), is this due to technical difficulties from Sandy? Please advise.
