The Windows Live Mail i have been using for years with three email accounts from different domains has developed any issue opening any mail. The program will open, receive all incoming mail, but when you click on any mail in the list it will not open & gets message "A problem occured while trying to open this message". The problem started after i paid Microsoft for a Windows Upgrade from Windows 7 Home to Windows 7 Professional. I have spent hours on the phone with Microsoft support speaking with clueless people, and the outcome is they won't really help me because they say it is a Windows Live Mail issue and they don't support free services. The fact that the upgrade I paid for caused the problem means nothing to them. I have tried a program repair, and I have tried to unistall & reinstall the program. Looking for any helpful advice from the community. Thank you!
When I launch Skydrive live com with my Dell XPS322X (Windows 7 Professional) it says This Page Can't be Displayed.  Please advise.  I do have a working Microsoft account.  This computer has a Skydrive directory.  I have no problem on a different computer that runs Windows NT5.1.  The Internet security settings for TLS and SSL are set exactly the same on the two computers.  The Dell with the problem has Microsoft Office which does not include Outlook.  Please advise.  Thanks!

Running Windows 7 Professional.  Did a system restore last week and all worked fine.  Beginning yesterday, Live Mail won't start and gives the above listed error code.  I have searched for answers online and most seem to center around a bad install of Windows Live Essentials, but I do not see this in my Control Panel to uninstall.

I need to fix by tomorrow when my wife comes home.

Have to think something got corrupted with an update or similar.

Thanks

Had issues with Vista OS, so did a clean install of Windows 7 Professional. Used Easy Transfer and an external drive

to save files, and transfer back onto the same PC with the fresh OS installed.  Installed Windows Live 2012, and have

attempted to import files, which are looking like they are importing, but I've not been able to find them.

Can someone help me find them, and move them into the appropriate mail folders in plain, easy to follow instructions?

I'm not the computer wizard that I hope to be...... lol

Thanks in advance

Mike
