All my region and time settings are right, but the time on recieved e-mails are an hour out. What's up?
The message I get tells me that Messenger is temporarily unavailable and has been doing so since last Wednesday, 30 May.  It's totally useless. This is not the first time I have had trouble.  The old Outlook was much better.
An email I receive at 4pm is coming in saying I received it at 4am. ie seems to be UK time instead of New Zealand time. I have my hotmail calendar time zone set up as Auckland/Wellington so why are emails still coming through with the wrong times on?
I have over 7000 unread emails but can not find a way to delete them altogether. I have tried to unsubscribe to many newsletters but they are continually being sent. Short of selecting each email origin name and deleting 30 at a time I do not know or see another way. They are buidling up constantly and I am frustrated they can not be deleted.

Can anyone advise?

Vivian
I am trying to send documents as an attachment but every time i try to send an attachment it says it cannot attach the document because it has 0 bytes. Any ideas?
I need to make several email models that I can reuse without making it from scratch every time. How do I do this ?

Thanks,

Every time I start up my computer the Messenger window pops up, how do I stop this please?

Would be happy to remove it altogether as I don't use Messenger anymore.

I have been having HUGE issues with the "Main Identity" and Database. In all this mess I seemed to have lost all my archived email messages that I have save "On my Mac".

I have been saving all my emails on Time Machine, I just do not know where they are and how I can get them back to my new "Main Identity"

Thx Much for any help you can provide.

The SmartScreen filter keeps blocking my favorite newsletter, and even after I move said newsletter to my inbox, I STILL have to click to show the content EVERY TIME I open the email. I've marked the newsletter as "not spam" every time I get the newsletter, and Hotmail continues to ignore that command and sends each one right to the junk folder. I tried adding the sender to my contact list, but that didn't help, and there's no helpful button nearby, as there seems to be for all my other messages, that says "add sender to contacts" or "approve sender" or some such.

Not the world's biggest problem, but it's getting REALLY annoying. How do I fix this?
