Hi all.  I'm experiencing some computer problems for which I'm attempting to diagnose the cause.  Opening attachments in emails when outlook is in normal mode is one of the main triggers for the problem that I've been experiencing.  So I've been instructed to work in safe mode and see if the problem persists.

However, when I attempt to open Outlook a dialogue box opens informing me that the license cannot be verified and so Outlook immediately closes.  Could someone please tell me how outlook can be opened in safe mode?  Thanks.

This has happened to me a few times now and I'm starting to get really annoyed with it!

I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 4G (I9305) with the painful Outlook app installed. When my device has been restarted (or it's accidentally gone into safe mode after a restart and I've had to come out of safe mode and back into 'normal' mode again) my Outlook app has wiped/lost all of my emails/contacts/calendar details and I have to re-sync everything again - which takes ages and saps up a load of my data allowance. This has happened maybe 6 times now, 2 of them being in the last week. It doesn't happen every time I restart the phone, just every now and again but surely the app shouldn't be losing all of this information causing me to re-sync. I don't understand why it just 'disappears'. Has anybody else faced similar issues? It's a puzzling and highly annoying predicament!

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can offer!

I have Office 2007 and Windows XP. Outlook will not send/receive except in Safe Mode. Normal opening, Outlook just freezes. I deleted a lot of emails and it still will not open up. I can get on in webmail and Safe Mode, but not normal opening. Help!!!! I use my Contacts and Calender a lot.
I am on my desktop and have Roadrunner as Internet provider. I am not talking about Browser, webmail or my IPhone. This is the paid for MS Office 2007 program.
I have tried running virus software in Normal mode and Safe mode; reinstalled Windows 7 and don't know what to do.  Can't tell if it's a keyboard malfunction or in the software.  Any i-dears?
