I inadvertently changed the birthdate on my account to 1/1/2013, and am now recognized as a child by Outlook.  I had to establish another account as a parent to be able to log into my original account, I need to have my birthdate changed back to my original birthdate to get full access to my account and to able to log into outlook on my cell phone.  I cannot log in on my phone, because again, I am recognized as a child.
Despite turning off sound notifications, Outlook mobile for Android sounds off whenever an email message hits the inbox.  Anyone else have this problem and is there a solution?

This has happened to me a few times now and I'm starting to get really annoyed with it!

I have the Samsung Galaxy S3 4G (I9305) with the painful Outlook app installed. When my device has been restarted (or it's accidentally gone into safe mode after a restart and I've had to come out of safe mode and back into 'normal' mode again) my Outlook app has wiped/lost all of my emails/contacts/calendar details and I have to re-sync everything again - which takes ages and saps up a load of my data allowance. This has happened maybe 6 times now, 2 of them being in the last week. It doesn't happen every time I restart the phone, just every now and again but surely the app shouldn't be losing all of this information causing me to re-sync. I don't understand why it just 'disappears'. Has anybody else faced similar issues? It's a puzzling and highly annoying predicament!

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can offer!

how do you add folders to outlook mobile, there is no right click
only function in outlook mobile, so please don't even mention it,
and please f you don't know the answer, don't post something
that is completely irrelevant
