Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

I got two mail addresses (xxxxx)@hotmail.com and (xxxxx)@outlook.com

Hotmail is stil primary mail and outlook secondary. 

In settings it show both accounts are on send and receive but when i try to email myself i get in bounced on the (xxxxx)@outlook.com 

please help me to fix this

Hi,

I am trying to send an email to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but i am getting the below message
"Remote host said: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable [RCPT_TO]"
I tried using gmail, yahoo but i could not reach out to the person.

I though the account itself is not, so i tried to create a new account as *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but it says it is not available. Please help me

i can only reply 100 e-mail every day, i want you take off my limitation

 i did not send spam mail, all the email we sent are to our clients,long years of business partners .

 

daily , i have about 250-350 new emails ,but your Co limited my right to reply all. i can only reply about 100-120 email every day,  i want your help to lift the limitation and reply all my clients' e-mails.

 or give me suggestion how can i reply the normail email and without limited ?
