How do I get back to the proper keyboard setting for question mark? It works fine here but not in Hotmail e-mail. Is there a setting in hotmail I need to change?

This should be a simple task but I am not able to get outlook.com to find a string that contains a question mark in it.

I am using the advanced search and attempting to enter a string such as "today?". I would like not to get all messages with today in them, but just the ones that match the full string including the question mark.

The escape characters \?, '?', "?" don't seem to do the trick and I have not been able to find documentation on line the describes how to do this. I have to believe that it is simple.

Hopefully this is a simple answer that I am overlooking.

Sorry, gang, but this doesn't help me in any way, shape or form.

First off, there is no, repeat no question mark on the right hand side of the page with the word "OPTIONS" beside it. I've been looking. I see a wheel but that doesn't help as it only has reading pane, more mail settings, help and feedback on it. There is nothing here that says " MORE OPTIONS" any where on this page. I'm enclosing a screenshot of my in box so you can see what I'm saying. So signing into my account would be rather useless wouldn't it? Also where is the button that says "Customizing Hotmail?" Cause there sure isn't one here that I can see. I was trying to include a screenshot in my reply of what I see but I can't because according to your own system you don't exist
