Curser shows delete and mark as read!

     Hi,

         I can't open my mail,when I run the curser over messages,two icons are displayed representing "Delete or mark as read" .Can anyone explain what's suddenly happened and how these icons can be deleted,without losing access to my mail please?

When I open Contacts on the left side column a list of names comes up.  I click the check mark on the right and the e-mail address comes up but there is no way to edit the info as there used to be.  How can I access a page as I used to be able to which allowed me to edit and add info?

a permenant unread item "1" seems near "deleted items" folder even the folder is empty.

Hello,

I am working on office mac 14.2.3
It seems like deleted items folder contains an unread 1 item even the folder is all empty. It is also strange and funny that, "0 items, 1 unread" mark is also seen at the bottom...
Beside this, "mark all as read" function is not working in this folder only. Every time I manually mark items "read" one by one in deleted items folder only. This function works normal in other folders.

Please help me to fix this.

spontaneous Spanish keyboard out of the blue

All of a sudden, when I type messages in Hotmail, it is as if my keyboard has turned Spanish!!!   How do I turn it off (question mark)  Alternatively, how do I type the at sign in email addresses (question mark)   THANKS
