Sorry, gang, but this doesn't help me in any way, shape or form.
First off, there is no, repeat no question mark on the right hand side of the page with the word "OPTIONS" beside it. I've been looking. I see a wheel but that doesn't help as it only has reading pane, more mail settings, help and feedback on it. There
is nothing here that says " MORE OPTIONS" any where on this page. I'm enclosing a screenshot of my in box so you can see what I'm saying. So signing into my account would be rather useless wouldn't it? Also where is the button that says "Customizing Hotmail?"
