Oops, I appear to have done something foolish.  I sign into outlook.com and all MS services using *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, not @outlook.com. I was messing around on Windows Live Admin Center and added the private domain ngc1952.dot.com, which didn't exist before.  Then I deleted it.  The next time I tried to log into the outlook.com web interface, it set up a completely new empty mailbox. All of my email messages and folders are gone.

I also use MS Outlook, and was able to disconnect from the internet and copy all the messages into a new PST before they got synched out of existence.  But is there any way to recover the email data stored in the cloud or is it gone forever?

I've register my MX record for my private domain, have also created a txt/spf record and tried a low priority MX, but none of these seem to be getting recognised by the domain registration process - I really want to switch my email to outllok.com but this is completely blocking me

Help?

Domain is HoggMartin.com

Hi,

I am the admin/owner of a private domain and I've started using Outlook.com as our email client for running a non-profit event. Now some of our email accounts need to be accessed by multiple users and I've noticed that a lot of the accounts are looking for verification. Will this affect other users logging onto the account once someones phone number has been used? Also once verified it doesn't seem to unlock features straight away. How long does it take to verify the account?

Is there any option to give more control of this to myself, the administrator of the domain or disable it?

Thank you for your help
Hi,
I have observed that email from my personal domain is labeled spam on hotmail/outlook.com.

I have tested this: An email from my gmail account
subject: test, message: text
goes directly to my inbox.

An email from <xyz>@matthiaskauer.com (I am testing  with me@, but I suppose it's only related to the domain) even with slightly more elaborate text does not.
Neither does a text from my other domain zuez.org.

Is there anything I can do about this, because obviously I'd like to end up in other people's inbox when I'm writing them a legitimate email.

Best,
Matthias
Hi - I need greater ability to manage account settings/passwords for my users on private domain using Outlook.com

My domain is graef.org

Can someone please help me with this? My family has been without mail for several days since moving from Google apps.

Thanks,
Hello,

We have a private domain (mobuy.ro) with the e-mail server hosted by outlook.com. We have an account we use to communicate to clients, including automated messages such as "forgot password" and "email confirmation", among other things.

We can no longer use this e-mail address (contact@..) because your service restricts the use of our e-mail addresses on our own domain. This is the error message:
DeliveryError: Message delivery failed: 552 5.3.4 Requested action aborted; Our daily message limit was meant to stop spammers--we're sorry that it's getting in your way. You can wait a day to send your message.

Besides taking our service elsewhere (changing microsoft's outlook.com with a better provider), is there another solution for this problem?

Dear Support Team,

we receive an email from this email address <removed by moderator> and this guy is threating us in our company ,he sent E-mail to our company general manager address on our private domain. so I need to know who is this guy.

is there any way to contact Microsoft (Hotmail) support to detect it for us??
