Windows live account is blocked and will not allow login after multiple attempts to reset password.
After password is reset, it will ask again to reset the password.
Cannot login to accounts.live.com or download gamertag via the xbox 360 dashboard.
Error message on xbox 360 dashboard "Sorry there's a problem with the credentials that your using to sign in. Please go to https://accounts.live.com to fix the problem."
Blocked Gamertag associated with Live account is : silkbunny2004
Password has been reset multiple times over the course of monthes.
Security code has also been used and sent to alt email, but continues loop of asking for password reset after it was just reset within minutes of doing so.
Entered old password or password known to be invalid and recieves different error message specifying that password supplied is invalid.
Gamertag worked when email and password were saved to gamertag on HDD. Got reset with current dashboard update and now will no longer authenticate.
Gamertag will not download to any xbox. (Attempted to download gamertag with multiple xboxes)
Account has to be blocked and request immediate assistance or escalation of ticket when created to fix this issue.
There can be no more troubleshooting from this end.
I have tryed uses the microsoft account for help. Not helpful. The reset for my is outed dated (Email address removed for security purpose)it was (Email address removed for security purpose. So I can't reset password. I just use the for a game. I dont send a lot e-mail from that account. which they want to verfly the account. they want to just start a new acccount. I dont want a new account. I want my (Email address removed for security purpose) unblocked. Not sure where to go from here
my account has been hacked and i NEED to check emails in it for employment and tax reasons.
everytime i try to reset the password, the screen you have to do it goes blank until you refresh, which then loads for about 1 second, then takes me back to the previous page.
i've had to create an alternative email just to try and get this sorted.
i need to speak to an advisor asap to get this sorted. how can i do it?

Hello all, I will show step by step lead to my problem:
1. I install WLM 2011 on my windows 7, then I setup new gmail account with protocol IMAP and WLM start download mail from gmail IMAP server (my mail data approximate 9 GB and I have to spend 2 days to finish download).
2. Because WLM configure default data folder on windows OS drive (C:\......). To prevent data increase in windows OS drive and for safety if OS have problem for example virus...I change WLM data folder to none OS drive (logical partition, for example D:\Mail Data) by on WLM: I go to Option->Mail->Advance->Maintenance->Store Folder->Change Store Folder to D:\Mail Data and WLM automatic copy data from default folder to new folder which is already configured.
3. After long time smooth working with WLM, my OS have problem by virus as I guess, and I have to re-install new windows and aslo new WLM.
4. After re-install new WLM, I'm not expect to set up new account and spend 2 days to download mail from server. I go to Option->Mail->Advance->Maintenance->Store Folder->Change Store Folder to existing folder which I configured previous time (D:\Mail Data) and new WLM can load all my mails immediately, but after exit and restart WLM, WLM always ask me for enter password although I check into Remember Password checkbox every time enter password.
Something wrong with my work? Any expert please help me?

Ok - I received an email from Hotmail Team - urgently asking me to confirm my username, password, etc or else i would have my account shut down. The email was from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - is this legitimate??

What I have done:
-Had to use wlstartup.exe to enter info after reboot everytime.
-Already checked 'Remember my ID and password' + 'Make this my trusted PC' but it unticks itself and forgets login info after reboot.
-Already tried repairing the install then rebooting to no avail.
-Regsitry is already on %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming under W7 in Current User.
Additional Info:
-PC language is set to Japanese system locale language while the rest is English
-Changed compatability mode for messenger.exe to Vista SP2 so it would appear as an icon in the taskbar and not as a pinned tab/folder look
-Everything is up to date on MS Updates/ Driver Updates
