So for the past 5 days Outlook has stated that it needs to text a code to my phone for security reasons and they have my correct cell phone number but have not sent a code yet. I have one day left and then I wont be able to get into my email...........so
what the heck do I do?
I am locked out of my account - the security code that it sent to my designated email address yesterday is no longer working, and is insisting on sending a code to an old (and forgtotten) email address. Please help! I need to get in to my hotmail/outlook
For some weeks now a significant proportion of emails sent from my Outlook.com account never make it to my work email account. There is no rejection message returned to Outlook; the messages just completely disappear.
Is there a way for someone in Microsoft to check from your end what happened with a particular email, please?
If I can prove the problem is with the work system then that will give me more leverage with our IT department than currently.

Outlook has kept me out of my e mail for about two weeks. they say they want to verify that I am me. Believe me. I have been me for my whole life. Outlook needs to prove to me that they are an honorable organization. They give me a code on another email
and then state it is the wrong code. I have had this account trouble free for several years and now I have to prove to them who I am? I AM ME. I HAVE BEEN ME FOR OVER SEVENTY ONE YEARS. Now please who are you?
Hello - I unfortunately joined the ranks of the numerous people who have lost all of their Hotmail folders when upgrading to Outlook. Mine just happened this past week-end when my new Windows 8 computer made me create an Outlook address. After creating
the Outlook address, I logged into my Hotmail and it was wiped clean, including EVERY folder, every item which was in my Inbox, and every item in my Sent folder.
I tried using Mozilla Thunderbird as well, and that is just as empty as my Hotmail account. The only things remaining are my contacts and a few pictures in the Sky Drive.
Is there any hope at getting these folders back? I am sure if I was being investigated by the FBI, they would be able to find them. Surely, they have to be somewhere.
Any tips would be appreciated!

I export outlook for mac file from my i Mac, it become outlook for mac LOG.olm and size is about 10.24GB
Then I import this LOG.olm file to my outlook for mac of Macbook, but I found .pst file only in my outlook for mac file.
When I log in to my Outlook email, I always get the "you're logged into Office 365" message. I click the log-out there and log in to my Outlook, but the same message keeps coming back. I have to check this because it's my primary personal email and this
delay is bugging me.
What do I do? I usually leave my account logged in from my laptop at home. I like to log into same account to do some Bing searching at the nearby college computer lab. This only happened recently, and I don't have an Office 365 account at all, never ordered
that software.

hi guys can any1 help me sync outlook on my phone with outlook on my laptop - i delete emails on my phone then goto my laptop and they r still there - i hav the syc settings on the phone outlook set to enable push and frequency set as manual can any1 explain
wot that means and how u manually sync? do i need 2 change any settings on my laptop outlook?
