I need to unblock an IP

I work for a company and have customers send all emails to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which then get forwarded to my Outlook account. I recently went on a vacation and set up the vacation automatic response. When I got home and took that automatic response off, all email being forwarded from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** are being blocked. This is the message:  *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
(ultimately generated from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***)
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> SIZE=4880:
host mx1.hotmail.com [65.55.92.168]: 550 SC-001 (SNT0-MC3-F24) Unfortunately, messages from 207.58.181.246 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

I need to unblock the IP 207.58.181.246

Can’t delete emails from stock android email app on HTC rezound

04. November 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: default mail, Outlook account
Hello, I have an htc rezound on Android version 4.0.3. I followed the directions from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/to-go to add my outlook account to my device.

It seems to have worked sort of, but it didn't sync any old mail and won't. Also I can receive and send mail fine, but I cannot delete mail. If I delete the mail it just comes right back.

I have reset the default mail app multiple times by deleting the cache and doing a data clear which wipes out all mail accounts. There seems to be on issue with my exchange activesync on the microsoft side.

Can I get someone to look at my account?

Thanks!

Can’t send emails. My account and others from my domain are temporally blocked

I have a custom domain outlook email for my company.

"Please verify your account. We've noticed some unusual activity in your Outlook account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account."
Is the message that appears everytime I try to send an email. And if I verify nothing happens.

Called support they said it could only be resolved online...

It's a company email, it's urgent.

please assist as all my contacts and documents are in that account.

Android Reset Erase my Outlook History?

Logged into my outlook account and all my email & folders are gone....  Oct 28th is the beginning of my history.

Wondering what happened to everything - the only thing I can think of is that I reset my Andriod to default settings. My outlook was sync'd to my Android. Did that delete my history from outlook?

Outlook e-mails sending blocked by the Server?

04. November 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: microsoft, Outlook account, PLEASE, sick to death
Please, please, please can anyone out there help me?

I am sick to death, ever since signing up to Outlook, my Hotmail has become an erratic useless tool :(

I am sick to death of receiving weekly reminders from Microsoft that I must sign in to my Outlook account to continue to be allowed to actually use the damn thing. Signing in has absolutely no effect on resolving my problem.

Without warning, sending e-mails via my I-Pad are blocked by the server. They have now been blocked for two weeks.

What is infuriating is, there's is no way to talk to any Outlook analysts in the Microsoft golden towers, hence my desperate plea for some kindly soul to put me out my misery.

At least I can still receive e-mails so any assistance is welcome.

Thank you in advance

George Redpath

Does Outlook have extra security measures if you don’t use a Window’s computer?

04. November 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: livemail · Tags: Apple Store, confirmation code, extra security, microsoft, Outlook account
In a shopping mall, I tried to log onto my Outlook account in the Apple store, on an iPad Mini, and it said "You haven't logged on from this location recently".  It required me to send a confirmation code to my secondary email address. I didn't do that, so I wasn't able to access my email. However, I ventured to the Microsoft store next door and was able to log in to Outlook smoothly with the HP ENVY TouchSmart 15.  The "you haven't..." page did not show up at all, and I was able to see my email.  I am wondering if the added security only happens when one doesn't use a Microsoft-made product.  Thank you.

Recovering of my email

quite a time ago i have lost my other outlook account therefore had to make a new account but the real problem is that the account has important information i need to review such as work and events to organize but i have just recently wanted help as there was a email that i needed to get from it but it has long been blocked and i cannot for the life of me remember the information that was created with that old outlook account but i sincerely remember that i did not have a lot of information on that account and i seriously doubt that all the questions asked on the recovery are correct but it won't let me access the account because i possibly have only a few aspects that can be mentioned on the recovery as i remember that i have not made for example a new inbox named differently or anything like that. but  i do remember that i made a xbox account with the outlook account but i'm sure that there were no information inputted on the xbox therefore on the recovery it will not need my xbox account details which is why i'm looking here for advice to re-open that account, by the way the account is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and i have tried many times to recover it but to no avail.

Setting up BTinternet.com into Outlook

03. November 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: Outlook, Outlook account, Yahoo

I have a new laptop running Windows 8.1

I cannot set up my BT Yahoo emails to 'send and receive' in Outlook. Outlook would be my preferred means of using an email account.

I have carefully followed the instructions on the Outlook setting up a receive and send account many times, but keep getting the error message that Outlook cannot connect to the internet. I have tried with the internet open and also BTYahoo open with no luck.

Can someone please give me some simple instruction on how to set up this Outlook account to send and receive emails from my BTinternet.com email account

Thanks

Pete

How to create a second Outlook account

03. November 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: Outlook account

I have an Outlook account where I have e-mail from another provider directed to Outlook.com.  Now I want to create a second account, but directly from Outlook.com.

Then I'd like to set up both accounts so that I get them on my phone and computer.

Is this possible?  If so, can someone send me a link to the instructions for completing this task?
