I have been using my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for over 3 years with the same password. Some three or four weeks ago I could not access my email due to an incorrect password. I answered the account verification questionnaire provided and was told that the account
is indeed mine and a link would be sent to me so as to gain access to my account. the link has never been sent and I cant access my mail.
please assist as all my contacts and documents are in that account.
