I am unable to close my outlook/hotmail account b/c it tells me: To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com. When I click it, I get "No billing information available. We couldn't find billing information associated with this account. "

Please help me close this account.

my outlook account is attaching separate emails to one another in my inbox. So if I reply to one person there be a chain emails from a different person attached to that reply. why? and how to make it stop?

I cannot access my outlook account. The page opens,and avast alerts that script page is infected.

Hi

My hotmail account has just been switched to an outlook account. If I go to hotmail.com or outlook.com and try to log in I get the following message:
Sorry, something went wrong

Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check whether there's a problem with Hotmail or to report the issue.

This started today. I had logged into outlook.com for the first time, then tried to create a new @outlook.com address. I did not complete this as all the variations I tried had been taken. I went back to check my email and started to get the above error. I have logged out and back in again. Tried logging in with Firefox, Chrome and IE. But I still get this error

Any ideas???? Help is much appreciated!

i do not want an outlook account. i do not want to have to contact my friends to tell them of my change of address is there a way i can keep my hotmail account?

I do not want an outlook account. am I able to keep Hotmail? I do not have an iphone ,ipod, kindle, notebook etc nor do I plan on getting any of these.

How can I copy appointments contacts within the same Outlook account – to avoid re-entering same information for new meetings and contacts?

How can I copy appointments contacts within the same Outlook account - to avoid re-entering same information for new meetings and contacts?

I have been an Office for Mac early adopters (from the initial release) but that doesn't ease the incredible frustration that Outlook for Mac seems to have been at pains to lose the most obvious menu options from Outlook for Windows and Web Access.

I want to be able to copy a record, edit just one or two fields and have created a completely new record (eg a string of meetings that doesn't neatly recur; or a team of people from the same organisation).

Any assistance gratefully appreciated.

Confused with all the MS email programs for Windows Phone

In setting up my Windows Phone I somehow managed to create 4 Hotmail accounts so I get 4 of everything on the phone. I just want an Outlook account to synch with my standalone Outlook program.

Unable to delete Account

I have been unsuccessfully trying to delete this account..... when i go through the steps to deactivate the account it says cancel billing.......

(Error Message******

thereafter when we try cancel billing (in fact there is no billing) I get this when we go to billing....

No billing information available

We couldn't find billing information associated with this account.

Customer Support at Billing says there is nothing so why am I having such a horrendous time closing this silly account? Please assist.

I cannot access emails from my other account

I cannot receive emails from my other account - they have suddenly stopped from the 10 January. I have not changed anything and I cannot remember any of the details ie password etc as it is an old Outlook account, but it is still used by several companies such as British Gas etc. Help!

I currently pay for extra account space in hotmail, can I move all my hotmail messages to my outlook account before they get deleted? I currently pay for extra storage in my hotmail account. Will this be a feature of the outlook.com mail accounts?
