I have tried for weeks to get my outlook.com email account to work. It will sometimes get emails but most of the time I get the following error...

'Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).  The server responded: -ERR Exceeded the login limit for a 15 minute period.'

I use Windows 8 and IOS 6.1

I have it set up using pop3.live.com, 995 and smtp.live.com, 25, TLS

Can't figure it out?

Thanks

Mike

Connection ERR. Exceeded the login limit for a 15 minute period.  Reduce the frequency of request to the POP3 server.

This is the error message I get on my Nook Tablet every time I access hotmail.  I contacted Nook help and they were no help.  Can you tell me how to correct this problem?
When I click on the send/receive button the message in the title line appears in a little black box..... it appears to be coming from Hotmail live which is what I am trying to use as the POP3 server.
