There is no way to double check who is in the group(s)... no way to add to group(s)... whatever this supposed new system is, it does not work!  Is there a human anywhere at Microsoft to help with these problems?

six months after setting up Office for Mac I started having problems with outlook. First I received again all emails for a 6 month period, this has happened three times, then I had a break down in accessing emails and sending emails with fatal error message, asking to close down outlook, and now I have lost all my data somewhere in the system, I went to ask for help at the apple shop in Brussels and was told it was Microsoft that i should contact...
Myself and colleagues having issues with Windows Live Messenger this morning where it's using up all CPU processing and memory and then locking up so it can not be shut down except with Task Manager.  Is this something Microsoft is aware of and resolving?  Thank you in advance.

I am a new Mac user and have accidentally moved my Microsoft user data to the trash but did not delete any contents. I have since put it back into "Documents". It contains Office 2011 identities, Outlook sound sets and saved attachments. I have looked on the forum on how to restore all my outlook informatiom as I had lost it all when I removed the Microsoft user data folder. I have held down the option key and started outlook, Main identity is highlighted. I push rebuild, it goes through the rebuild, but when I restart outlook, my folders do not re appear. Please help. Oh, and I haven't backed up with Time machine before so I cannot go back to before. I have also created my two email accounts again.

We are running Exchange 2010.  We have a mixed Mac/Windows environment.  I have a couple users moving to Win7 from OSX.  They have some emails stored locally in Outlook 2011.  I need to export these and import them into Outlook 2010.  Microsoft in all it's infinite wisdom has setup Outlook 2011 to import from a .pst but cannot export to a .pst.  Any suggestions as to the best way to do this?  And before you post, no, throwing the emails back into their Exchange mailbox is not an option.  There are way too many of them.

Thanks
