Recently I could not log in in my hotmail account I used for years. I think it has been removed by Microsoft. Probably because I did not use the account for quite some time. Now I might have lost all my mails stored in the mail folders of that old account. I
really would like to have these files restored. They contain valuable information for me. Please help!

My hotmail account is (now) being hacked... I went and changed my hotmail account password... but, it say's it won't change my new password (till) 03/31/2013 Please, I need to have my hotmail account password changed right away... can you help me. Thanks
I have windows 7 premium, 64 bit OS
Since Microsoft switched my e-mail: (removed PII) to Outlook.com server, I am losing some important e-mails on my computer.
I still have those e-mails on my smartphone, which has Hotmail installed.
Last incident happened today: I lost one e-mail from two different messages posted me by the same sender.
Will you please let me know how can I fix this problem or how can I switch my e-mail account back to Hotmail on the computer.

My brother has forgotten his email password but is 100% sure of his email address.
Tried the password recover info but it says Microsoft does not recognise his email address.
He has not used his email address in 2yrs.
Anyone could help? He does not want to create a new email address.

I've been experiencing spam messages from unknown email contacts after I merged my MSN Messenger with Skype.
I have tried all sorts of ways like removing them from contacts and hiding the conversation, but it is to no avail. They will reappear each time I re-sign in to Skype with my Microsoft email. I've contact Skype regarding this issue and they have no solutions
to it, redirecting me to Microsoft to resolve it as the two spam contacts are not using Skype.
When contacting Microsoft and Skype, they advised blocking the contact. But that option was not available, and I have no idea why. This is getting a little frustrating, and I would appreciate all the help from the Microsoft Professionals here.
These two spam accounts are not using Skype and they're found in my Messenger List. This is another reason why Skype couldn't resolve this issue and had redirected me to Microsoft. I want to get rid of these spam accounts and not get it again. What could I
do?
P.S. The Microsoft and Skype Live Chat personnel also asked me to delete the contact using the People Live option. I've tried this method too but am unable to find their email address in my list. Neither am I using an Outlook.com account.

Well basically this is what happened. I made a group and invited my friend into it. It should of been sent to his email. But he emailed me that he never got an invitation email which was automatically was sent by Microsoft. And I also want to send him
Offline IM's but he was online on his computer at that time so was I but it didn't show on my computer that he was online and it didn't show on his computer that I was online. I have a Windows 7 Ultimate computer and my other friend has a Windows Vista computer!
