Hi,

Suddenly my folders are gone. Only the Inbox remained.

Looking at the logfile i read the following :

<log file information was moved in the private message area for privacy>

and more :

<log file information was moved in the private message area for privacy>

I bolded the lines I'm interested in.

Can you explain these lines? It is like there has been a change in ServerId.

Could that be the reason I'v lost my folders?

Further in the logfile I read :

<log file information was moved in the private message area for privacy>

WHAT HAPPEND at 22 hours and 21 minutes on my machine in my Windows Live Mail?

What has been destroyed?

I run on Win7 64-bit, Windows Live Mail 2012.

Regards,

Pierre

The above message has been displayed for over a week now. Looking at the forum this issue is highly prevalent.

I have been requested to start a new thread and direct MS Employees to the thread that I initiated my particular issue on.

This thread is:-

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/mail-signin/cant-access-email-outlook-says-were-still-updating/401cb1d5-d205-414d-a42a-b308036235a5

As can be seen within my private message area of this thread I have given the information requested thus far before being asked to start a new thread.

I would respectively ask that the private message area be read by an MS employee before proceeding to ask further questions to avoid repetition of information already supplied.

Hi, I also need help with this issue. I'm not able to access my school email and I'm not sure where the "private message area" is, and I've already cleared my cookies and cache, but if you could get back to me ASAP, that would be great. Thanks.

Microsoft is upgrading the Live@edu email service to Office 365 Education. After the upgrade you will have a mailbox with 25GB of storage space and the ability to send attachments up to 25MB.

I'm pretty sure this is what caused my error. ^^^
