Hi all,
just changed across to mac - in my pc I could send from different email IDs because I have them set up to go to one inbox but need to be able to send from the organisation I work for each time.  Any ideas how to make this happen? It wont allow me to have same in box with different senders

All the massive amount in my Draft box 800+ of them vanished from my Draft box. There was only one that remained that I had left open to finish composing. The resent inbox ones that were form the last 10 days Vanished too! ( There are a few that remained that I had flaged but that is it!) I did not delete them. They are not in deleted file! Nothing is even in the deleted section that I actually had deleted during those days are gone too. I've checked the Deleted Folder and none of them are present that I had in my Draft file or the Inbox or the previosly deleted ones? I even checked the "recover deleted from deleted folder" option and nothing is present. Since, I've even done a search through my other custom folders incase I'de accidently dragged or moved them, and done a search using the search utility at the top of the page by typing in key phrases from the Drafts. They simply seem to have vanished, all 800 of them. I had used the computer a couple of hours prior, and was having trouble with Hotmail, could not put in out going addresses. Came back a few hour later and they were GONE from my computer! How do I get them back need them ASAP!

I am receiving a ridiculous amount of junk mail in my junk folder and sometimes in my inbox every day.  It can be as much as 50 emails per day!!!  Each time I sweep and add to my blocked senders list then I delete straight away from my deleted box as I dont want it sitting there either.  I also tried adding the senders as directed on the Blocked Senders page (see below) but this isn't working either and it was just getting too many to add each time.

 

You can block an email address or a domain (the part of an email address after the @ sign).

 

 

A lot of the senders have an address like contact-1321654@ and it appears that they will use this several times over but just with a number different a lot of the time. 

 

Is there anyway I can minimise the amount of junk that I am receiving.

I have many flagged emails in the Inbox, I have opened the "Tasks" window and deleted most of the tasks by right clicking and "delete". But later I realised they all got deleted in the "Inbox" and from Favourite Folders too. I have checked the Delete folder but there is none. Can you please help recover my mails? I am using Outlook 2011 on MacBookPro.
I see in my inbox from my Gmail account only emails not older than 2 weeks. I would like all my messages in the inbox to see even older. Where can I change this? I use IMAP. I clean my inbox regularly, the amount was never more than a full screen.
I am using Outlook Mac 2011 on a MacBookPro with Snow Leopard.  When my mail comes in it automatically gets put into my "on my mac" inbox and not the inbox tied to my exchange server.  Therefore, it won't sync properly with my Iphone.   How can I change this so that my email comes into my Exchange inbox and not my "on my computer" inbox
All mails are in POP folder and my Inbox is always empty how do i fix this?
If there is a unknown sender how do i block them, usually i just click Junk.
ok microsoft community where are all my e-mails that have disappeared?  I sure hope you all are working on this problem that has effected so many people.  I need my e-mail that I had in my folders.  I use hotmail several times a day and try to keep my inbox clean (which I do) but all of my saved e-mails are gone.  NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please respone to me as to what is being done to correct this major problem for so many people. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I can open hotmail, but my messgaes are blue and inbox is stretched, and I cannot open anything. please help. thank you.


this happened first on safari, but i tried chrome and it worked fine. now it is happening on chrome too, two weeks later.
