just changed across to mac - in my pc I could send from different email IDs because I have them set up to go to one inbox but need to be able to send from the organisation I work for each time. Any ideas how to make this happen? It wont allow me to have same in box with different senders

I am receiving a ridiculous amount of junk mail in my junk folder and sometimes in my inbox every day. It can be as much as 50 emails per day!!! Each time I sweep and add to my blocked senders list then I delete straight away from my deleted box as I dont want it sitting there either. I also tried adding the senders as directed on the Blocked Senders page (see below) but this isn't working either and it was just getting too many to add each time.
You can block an email address or a domain (the part of an email address after the @ sign).
A lot of the senders have an address like contact-1321654@ and it appears that they will use this several times over but just with a number different a lot of the time.
Is there anyway I can minimise the amount of junk that I am receiving.
I have many flagged emails in the Inbox, I have opened the "Tasks" window and deleted most of the tasks by right clicking and "delete". But later I realised they all got deleted in the "Inbox" and from Favourite Folders too. I have checked the Delete folder but there is none. Can you please help recover my mails? I am using Outlook 2011 on MacBookPro.
I can open hotmail, but my messgaes are blue and inbox is stretched, and I cannot open anything. please help. thank you.
this happened first on safari, but i tried chrome and it worked fine. now it is happening on chrome too, two weeks later.
