Hi All,

We are having an issue whereby when one of our users sends an email the recipient sometimes gets it with the formatting changed.
We have searched on the Net but it only comes up with answer like "Don't use Office for Mac" or "User another mail client". which aren't really that helpful...

The user isn't copying and pasting anything into the email and only writes them. they aren't log emails either!

http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1263050 - this didn't give a huge amount of info to help us

Thanks in advance!
I have the formatting set for HTML, yet I have to go up on each email, select HTML under format so I can add bold text to my signature.
Should I create the signature in Word or something, get it set the way I want, then put it into outlook? Meanwhile, until I go up to format and select HTML, I do not have the formatting options available.

Using MacBook Pro, Mountain Lion, Office 2011

We have some marketing users that are sending HTML mail created in Outlook 2011 for Mac and it looks good when sent internally to either a PC or a Mac, formatting is good.  If you take that internal email that was sent to a PC and fw: it externally, HTML still looks good.  However, when sent externally, to either a PC or a Mac, the HTML is removed and the recipient receives as Plain Text.  Any ideas?
