my hotmail / outlook is running very very slow help needed
any one know how to get rid of names when I sign up on my Hotmail acct. for EX.when I click on my box where my Hotmail name goes all these other names show up too for EX.

Hi, I recently got a new BlackBerry, but cannot sync hotmail account with it. Worked fine previously and on previous BlackBerry. Someone else told me I now have to do it from Microsoft account online? Does anyone have information about this type of problem?
All my contacts are linked to my hotmail account & it would take days to input them manually one at a time onto phone (300+).

I have a hotmail account and I've recently signed up to exchange online and I transfered my emails to exchange online but now all my emails have disappeared from my hotmail inbox.
This was all done yesterday, Friday 24th May 2013.
Can you please assist me with this urgently and restore all my emails to my hotmail inbox?

I can't manage my Hotmail contact groups anymore. There is NO reference anywhere to managing groups; I cannot add or delete contacts to a group, the address is my browser already starts with https://; when I go to Advanced Privacy settings, there is NO
reference to HTTPS; there nowhere where I can even see who is in which contact group. I can still edit an individual contact but there is no option to add or delete them from a group. I do however still have the option to use contact groups for emailing -
not much use if they are no longer current. Please help - this is a serious problem; I've looked everywhere in my Hotmail account and really can't find anything that will help in any way.
My PC Tools was replaced by Norton Internet Security on 5/10/2913. The first Hotmail email I tried to attach a pic to, the "attach" button disappeared. I searched Google and the main suggestion to fix the problem was uninstall/disable Silverlight. That
didn't help. There's no problem with my Yahoo mail account.
When I try to attach a picture to my Outlook ( Hotmail ) I get a notice that says. Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. BUT
! If I go to my Hotmail in Firefox everything works fine.
Since the upgrade from hotmail to Outlook it has been a complete nightmare. When I go to send messages no names were coming up to enter and since investigating, it is apparent that my contacts are still there but all their email addresses have disappeared.
I have tried this on another browser and computer and it is the same problem.
Please help as a matter of urgency.
I have synced both my gmail and outlook accounts with my Windows Live application. I can receive emails on both accounts AND I can also send messages from my gmail account. However, when I go to send an email from my hotmail account, I get the following
error: Windows Live Mail can't connect to the Hotmail server. To send and receive messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on the Web, or try again later. Subject 'technotest' Server Error: 5102 Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00006.
Any way someone can help?
