Still can’t access hotmail on ipad even though Microsoft says it is fixed

I still cannot access my hotmail account on my iPad. I see that Microsoft says it is fixed but it isn't fixed for me. I still have the same problem. Help!

Hotmail – Outlook 2007 – POP3

I use Outlook 2007 via POP3 for Hotmail (Windows XP, Service Pack 2). Since the last 15 days, on starting outlook 2007, I get an Internet Security Warning “The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The target principal name is incorrect. Do you want to continue using this server ? Y/N” On Microsoft Support http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958977/en-us, mentions that root of the problem is that the target server is Small Business Server 2008. Has Hotmail recently moved some email accounts to Small Business Server 2008 ? And is the problem that I’m facing due to Hotmail’s recent change or this is some malicious ratware / virus posing as Hotmail domain name. I use Quick Heal Total Security antivirus and they have confirmed that there is no virus. Also my computer clock setting is correct. Please help with the solution.

I never deleted my first email from Hotmail Staff, Welcome to MSN Hotmail. It still shows up on outlook.com but the body is missing. When I first installed Windows Live Mail 2012, it initially appeared in the list but after downloading all the emails it subsequently disappeared. Why? And how to get it back?

Still cannot sync Hotmail to iPhone and iPad

I continue having a problem synching my Hotmail account to my Iphone 4 and iPad. I have the account since 2000, but it worked alright until now
After the status.live.com page shows the sync issue as solved, I am still not able sync contacts or mail to my devices. 
Following the advice shown here in other posts, I have reinstalled the account many times, as Hotmail and as Exchange, but it still doesn't work.
Sometimes, right after I reinstall the account, it will sync some 10 or 12 emails at random that are 2 or 3 years old, but it won't do anything after and immediately after, it shows that the server is not reachable.

Any hint?

unable to access account in mobile phone

Since Aug 14th when I try to access my Hotmail from the default mail app on my galaxy s4 it shows no messages. It says its syncing but no messages appear.  I've tried to clear cache and remove account, but nothing works. I am able to see my emails on a computer.  I even downloaded the Outlook app for android and same thing, it doesn't work.  Please help

On August 14th, "Cannot connect to server" appeared when I used my iPhone 5 to check morning email.  Verizon confirmed it was a "Hotmail" issue.  Later that day, my calendar repopulated and '50' messages were in my inbox.  Still rec'd the error message and the emails were months old.  Next day, 580+ emails but the dates were from 4 days in April.  Cannot send or receive emails at all, and the number's 50 again.  

I can access Hotmail from other computers.
