I am not able to send email to any 3-rivers people. They all bounce back when replying to them and also new messages do. What can I do.
I'm on dial-up and each time I try to pull up hotmail, i'm required to login. I can't find any options that let me set this up differently.i.e. every two weeks, etc.It takes a loooong time for the signup page to download. Are there options that I'm missing?

The online advice for setting up a group on Hotmail does not work for me. I cannot get beyond "contacts" because I have no heading called "manage categories". Can anyone give me clear advice please?
my account has been hacked and i NEED to check emails in it for employment and tax reasons.
everytime i try to reset the password, the screen you have to do it goes blank until you refresh, which then loads for about 1 second, then takes me back to the previous page.
i've had to create an alternative email just to try and get this sorted.
i need to speak to an advisor asap to get this sorted. how can i do it?

My hotmail account has gone to a small font but only on my computer but not on other computers how do I change it back again - everything else is ok - just hotmail is small.

I've spent hours trying to work out what was going on with the contacts having created a 2nd hotmail account for work. Its such a poor replacement for the old hotmail contacts list as far as I can tell. Pleased to know its not just me having such probs (though not nice for anyone) but can Microsoft pls advise us simply how to add contacts and create groups. I don't have time to read through all these posts and this is just a crazy waste of time for everyone! Tempted to leave hotmail....
