I sent an email with attachments from my phone via Hotmail to my wife's Hotmail account.  The email keeps sending and will not stop.  She has received about 50 of them so far.  We have taken battery out of phone and contacted phone company but they say it is not the phone but a Hotmail error.  how can this be stopped please?
All the folders in my Outlook Inbox (was Hotmail) have completely disappeared! I only have the basics such as Inbox, Junk, Drafts, Sent and Deleted now. Does anyone know why this has happened and how I can get them all back? They were there earlier today and I haven't updated anything. Thanks! 
When Hotmail switched over to Outlook I lost an important account.
When they told us that if we had two Hotmail accounts linked to each other that they wouldn't be accessible through the other account anymore - I didn't know that meant they would just get rid of one.
I can not find a way to contact outlook and get them to give me my account back - it uses my name and has important information that I used for work.
Does anyone know what to do?
Is there any way to call someone at Outlook? or Hotmail?

I am missing tons and tons of important emails when Hotmail converted to Outlook. I access my account multiple times a day....both via Mobile and Desktop. I have not ever had this account hacked and I'm super super upset.

I'm read through all of the "email recovery" threads and nothing that is listed as "helpful" is actually helpful.

HAving sent an email with photo attachment from my mobile phone (from Hotmail to another Hotmail account), I now cannot stop the email sending.  It is being sent to the same person over and over again.  We have contacted phone support but apparently it is a Hotmail issue.  Can anyone help?
I sent an email through my Hotmail account to an individual with an nycapp.rr.com email account.  The person never received my email; however, the person sent me an email and I received it.  I replied to the individual and again it was not received.  Has anyone else encountered this problem?

We are a mail provider and were wondering if anyone knows if there is a way of requesting that the rate limits can be upped to allow our users to send to Hotmail.

 

The error that some of our users are getting is:

 

"We have limits for how many messages can be sent per hour and per day."

I have had a draft running in Hotmail for weeks and been adding and saving it regularly, it disappeared from my draft folder tonight and has not reappeared in any other folder. How do I get the information back as it is urgent that it is restored. 

I have the addresses of

and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

 

I still have access to the Outlook.com, but someone has seemingly taken my Hotmail and live accounts.

The live points to the Hotmail for a reset and the Hotmail points to an email address with an ISP I no longer have.

I fill out the forms to recover my account, but they reply that I have not provided enough information.

 

Can I please have a number to contact someone and speak to them or have someone contact me at my outlook.com so that I can try something besides the form to regain my accounts.
