the change font size & colour has gone dim and no longer works in windows live mail ,how do i restore it to its default please

Hi I have Windows Live Mail  & Hotmail  as my email accounts,  and i am running  Windows 7 on my pc.   They have been working fine , but  the select font size  and font  colour , bold, underline  etc.  small  square  at the top righ of the page  as gone  faint ,   and wont  work, can you tell me how to restore it to its original setting , as it was when it was working .  Although I can still send and recieve emails  I am stuck with only  the one size and colour option ,   Your help would be very much appriciated  ---thank you----Dennis Goodwin

Unable to access folder I created. Please help

I can't access the folder that I created.  Hotmail keeps showing this message whenever I clicked on the folder.

"Hotmail wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Hotmail. "

This problem has persisted for a week.  Please help.

When iam sending a email to someone, and i can be just starting, or half way thru the email and all of a sudden the cursor stops and I can't continue, till I

hit the wireless signal on my laptop keyboard {f12} key. and then it will let me strt typing again for a lil bit and then it happens again. This has happened to me many times and there is nothing wrong w/ hotmail when i check to see if anything is wrong or not working. Please let me know what to do or something, because this is Getting Really Old Fast!   Thanks In Advance

なぜか急に「送信済みメール」が開けなくりました。

原因はなんでしょうか？

解決策を教えて下さい。

 

それと「送信済みメール」をクリックすると、下記のようなコメントが出ます。

 

この要求を完了できませんでした。ご報告いただいた問題について Microsoft よりお問い合わせさせていただく場合があります。  引き続きこのメッセージが表示される場合は、サービスの状態 にアクセスして、Hotmail に問題が発生していないかどうかを確認してください。
 
で、サービスの状態のところを見ても、改善策があるわけでもなく「異常無し」的な表現をされています。
でも、実際は、送信済みメールを開けないままです。
 
困っています。
解決策を教えて下さい。
