This problem exist second time with in this month that i am unable to sign in to hotmail from my pc and it works fine if i use another computer. This is very frustrating. Last time it was fixed after i subscribe to this forum, hopefully it will be fixed again.

I hit either the shift or control key quite a few times when thinking I was hitting the enter button. I am using Hotmail on a desktop using Windows 98.
I have just bought a new laptop which comes with Windows 8 already installed.
In Windows 8, on my Hotmail email page, there is no place to create a new folder. I have right-clicked using the mouse, nothing shows up.
When I swipe from bottom up, there appears a few options like, Sync, Pin It, Move, etc, but no icon for New Folder.
How do I create a new folder to organize my emails?
Does anyone know how to do this? Please help.
tengo constantes fallas de conexión (sólo con Hotmail, no en general); se acumulan mensajes sin poder abrir ni responder, no responde el programa, debo apagar mi PC para seguir usándola ¿hay algún problema con mi cuenta?

No puedo enviar correos y aparece el siguiente menaje "Problema con el servicio de Hotmail. Se trata de un problema de conectividad de red temporal que no tiene nada que ver con tu equipo. Inténtalo de nuevo. Si sigue mostrándose este mensaje, ve a Estado del servicio para comprobar si hay un problema con Hotmail"
