I changed my brothers xbox live to his gmail. he was using my hotmail address and after i switched it to his gmail my hotmail says its been deleted. I was just on this hotmail account minutes before i changed his xbox live email. I use this email regularly
as my main email and need important emails saved on it. I cannot get ahold of microsoft either....can i get it back?

Tried everything. When I signed up for hotmail my alternate email was *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which I no longer have. Please help me to recover my hotmail since that is where my contact addresses are filed along with some 42 thousand emails. I need to recover and send them to outlook. Please help

I have tried logging into my hotmail address but it says someone else is using the email. As i created the email over 8 years ago i cant remember the security question etc, and keeps saying it will take up to 24 hours for me to just get rejected again!
I have rung numerous people, spoke on online chat, been all over the microsoft website and found absolutely nobody who can help me, its ridiculous!!!
My ex and I split up. My hotmail address was logged in when she left and she has left it that way. This is preventing me from closing the account. I want to close/permanently delete the email account address from ever been able to send or receive emails in the future. However, her remote access will not allow for me to close it. HELP!!!!

I have spent hours trying to get a hotmail account to link in to Outlook 2010. It searches for server settings and then I get asked to type in the password in a little Windows Security window. It reappears another 3 times before I get this error code 0x8004103. This is for friends, I connected my own email address to their laptop to check if it was a problem with their outlook, it took seconds. I can log in to outlook.com with their account no problem so the password is correct.
Any ideas? Anything I can do, or is it at the other end?

I've had a 'hotmail' e-mail address/account for years. The request to add security information shows a wrong e-mail address for me. They've added a number to my hotmail address. All my contacts know my address as it's been for years. I've never asked
for a new address, not do I want one. I don't mind adding a security code, but WHY does Msn show a changed e-mail address for me. I've even tried to send to that address and it comes back 'failed'.
I've been told I've got only three more days before they freeze access to my Outlook (hotmal) account. When Msn send me the demand for a new security code, they send it to my long time, current hotmail.com address. But in the instructions to add security,
they only show/allow the place to send information back to me as the new hotmail.com address where they've added a number to the what was total letters. Beginning to regret not having just gone with Google. But hope there's still time.
Any specific help on how to negotiate their "Why do I need to add security info? request, will be appreciated.

I'm actually asking the question on behalf of my sister. Her iPhone has been compromised and it appears that another person has been using my sisters Apple ID and using her hotmail address as her own. We have the persons name and address and are speaking
with Apple about her iPhone and Apple ID account, but we need to check if this person has also accessed her hotmail account.

I want to cancel my hotmail account/terminate my hotmail email account and have been unable to do so after multiple attempts. I have followed instruction posted in multiple other threads with no luck. I have verified I have no active accounts and cannot
