Hi, I have a Hotmail account and a live account, I can open my Hotmail account but I can't open my Live account since the day before yesterday so the 20th, it says that somebody else has access my account or something like that and I should put a code
that I try and didn't work. And it says change my password but I can't access my account, it is not possible to change it and if I try it bring me to my Hotmail account not the Live one. So what is going on here? Can you help me? I sure hope so! This
is send through my Hotmail account, I finally find a way to reach your support center after 2 days trying.. I'm waiting for a reply, I would like to have an answer send to my Hotmail account because I don't know if I will be able to find this support center
again because it is not friendly user that's for sure!
Hello! I failed to log in my account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that is active suddenly. I had filled in and sent the verification account form for many times. The replied email from hotmail stated that they will send the security code to my another hotmail account
but the second account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) also be blocked. They kept saying that i didn't provide sufficient informaion to them but I filled all the questions required. Thus, i can't receive the security code. Please help me to find the solution as soon as possible!!!!

My hotmail account automatically goes to skype rendezvous.com. I do not use skype and want this disconnected; it is an annoyance. How do I do this? please send me and e-mail response. I do not use any instant messaging.

I have a Hotmail account but some times I need to use Outlook to send items that have been scanned in to my computer. Three days ago my hotmail account has bee locked by Microsoft. They said that my account might be used by someone else.
I have been asked to verify my account by Microsoft in order to recover my account, but unfortunately I could not pass the verification process. When I have opened the account I was student in the Netherlands and it was mid-ninety. I live now in the UK.
I have filled all the information i could memorize, I fill the recent emails I have received from the company I work for such as daily Statements, emails I have received from my wife almost between six to a year ago, but still I could not pass the verification.
I have tried several times but unfortunately I have received an email from Microsoft account unmonitored Automated Email advising me to create new email account. I tried to contact microsoft customer service to help me in order to prove that I am the owner
of this account, even to provide a copy of my document if necessary. I could not get help and I have been told that there is no number to communicate because the hotmail account that I am using is free microsoft account.
I have been using my account more then decade and now I have lost all my contacts, all my my reports, even my CV was there. contact details of my dissertation supervisor, Business contacts and it is too late for me to create new account. I feel like my
whole life is destroyed. I even feel hopeless that Microsoft team telling me that they can not retrieve my account. I can prove that I am the owner of this account by providing my documents and even ask my family to tell emails and subjects they have sent
me.
I am asking for help, please and please I really want my hotmail account to be retrieved asap. I need someone to contact and provide any prove of my identity. Please help asap.

Something is wrong either with my Hotmail account or my email application on my phone(Samsung Galaxy S3). I started getting notifications that says hotmail sign-in failed so I deleted the account from the application and tried signing in again. It didn't
work. I changed my password twice but I was told that I entered incorrect details. I have another Live account but that works well. What should I do? I can't afford to lose this Hotmail account as I use it for a few vital reasons (uni, etc). Please help as

I am still trying to close my hotmail account and I can not when I get to that step to close it tells me to deactivate and check my billing services and when I do it then says I have no billing services. I would like to close ASAP please!

Not sure if anyone has a similar problem but I am hoping someone can help me with this: I have created a number of Calendars in my Hotmail (Outlook.com) account which I have shared with my Wife's Hotmail account (as co-owner) and we both use these to add/edit/remove events and this works great. One issue though is as I created most of the Calendars I can only send email reminders to my Hotmail account and I would like to be able to send reminders to her Hotmail account too. The "Calendars on your PC and Mobile Phone" reminders work perfectly on our phones but we would really like to both receive the email reminders too. I don't want to use the attendee function as I don't see the point of sharing calendars with someone with co-owner rights and then having to invite them to events as well. I have looked online and not seen a solution for this I am hoping someone may have some suggestions?
