Original title: hacked hotmail
I set my hotmail address up to forward emails to my work address. I noticed that over the last few weeks I have not received any forwarded hotmail emails so I tried to log in to my hotmail account but it says that the account does not exist.
Having read the forum I can see that it has probably been cancelled as I have not logged in for more than 270 days.
I would really appreciate it if my email account to be revived as I have this email address set up with most of my online accounts. I know that all the content has probably been deleted but I just need this email address to be able to receive emails.
It looks like it stopped working at some point after the 28th June so hopefully the account has not yet been permanently deleted and you may be able to help.
I tried the password reset option and account recovery process but
1. It is not accepting my security answer as the hacker has changed it
2. I no longer have access to the alternate email address but can confirm what that is.
3. The customer service which is the third option did not help me.
I had to make this second ID just to sign up in this forum.
Please help!! Thank you.

Hello,
Please could someone help me - my hotmail account was hacked into on Saturday (a seperate address to the one i've logged in with today) and i can't get access to my hotmail at all. I've already completed the reset form well over 24 hours ago and have heard nothing back. I've spoken to customer services who have said that they can't help but that i should post the query on here and that customer support will contact me via here?
Unfortunately I have personal and sensitive information in my hotmail - i'm worried that the longer this is left, the more damage they can do.
Please could someone help me as soon as possible.
Thank you
