My groups are no longer listed in my contact list.   I can go to the manage section and my groups are listed.  However managing just consists of deleting a whole group (no individuals identified) or adding a new one.  There is no information about how to get the groups back in the contact list.  Please help me with this.

 I had a specific group and half of the contacts in the group have disappeared and I don't know how to get them back in the group. I do not like this system at all. The instructions given are not clear. How do I move people from my contact list into a specific group?
I put over 100 email addresses into 1 group.  I just sent it out using BCC,   I also included my own email address.  I want to be able to see the email addresses that I sent to, but it is blank.  Why?
I know my question is pretty general - but I do not know how to maneuver in this new format.

I have just set up a new group and added the recipients to it.  Now I want to send an e-mail to them but when I press the "To" button, my new group does not appear in the "Categories" list where my other groups are.  So why is that and how can I get it included so I can send an e-mail?  Thanks for your help.
