I opened a new hotmail email account last night at about 7.40pm. I had confirmation from yourselves that all was fine, so started to change my email address with sites that it was linked to. I then was notified by ebay that this email address already existed and received an email from them in a foreign language. I also started to receive a number of foreign friend requests on Facebook. I understand that you don't duplicate email addresses, but there definitely seems to be another Samantha Hughes out there with the same email address. After looking at some of your discussions/questions, I can see that this has also happened to others in the past. I have since changed my email back as I don't want this other person to be receiving personal details of mine. I spoke to one of your live chat agents last night (Paige), who suggested I contacted you to advice me on the best action to take. I am now receiving emails from another language so would ideally just like to delete this account, in case the other person receives personal details of me. If you could advice, that would be great. My hotmail account was hacked. I followed Microsoft procedures on fixing the problem. Now when I go in to hotmail, I have a foreign language for all my resources. My emails come up in English, but I don't know how to get rid of this other language. Please help.
Two days ago I was asked to change my email password,so I did. While there I noticed an additional email that I did'nt add so I took it off and added an alternate email. I also noticed Tunisia on the language line so I changed it to English. I finished updating everything. Now when I go to hotmail I'm already signed in and everything is in a foreign language and I am not recieving any emails. Can you help get my hotmail back to the way it was, in English ?

I have hotmail in english and my msn plage is english but the messenger is a foreign language??
Sadly I have inadvertantly click on the language button and added a foreign language to my Hotmail which means every mail arrives as squiggles - even sadder is the situation that I cannot get it to reverse back to English!!!! Despite following all instructions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My account has been hacked and contact list was stolen . All contacts were notified that I was in trouble and need money. I changed the password and opened I new account . I am still getting mail at the old account and can not open it. The page is in a
foreign language and can not be changed. I can not contact support to close the original account because they are linked.I need a phone contact to get fixed. Help
