Windows Live Mail error: ” problem occurred when trying to open this message, pleaase try again” doesn’t work in Windows 7

Tried sending some pictures and they didn't send, got this error message and now cannot send, forward or anything in Windows Live Mail in Windows 7

how can i change mesenger to english? i installed messenger and it came up in a foreign language. Pleaase help!!

I have hotmail in english and my msn plage is english but the messenger is a foreign language??
