What I expect? Actually it is Outlook.com's responsibility to hide the textbox 'Post to Wall' or at least make it grayed out with a tool tip that 'The user has not opted to be messaged through their wall'.
Technical Solution:
Outlook.com should check the can_post value in the FQL before the profile page is rendered. FQL reference is below: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/fql/user/
Story:
I am having problems making my existing Microsoft e-mail account appear on my HTC Sensation 4G. Before this all happened, I've accidently deleted my MSN E-mail account on my phone, thinking that I didn't need it anymore. When I tried creating my existing MSN account on the Email app I get multiple error messages from various mail providers (Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, Windows Live (R) Hotmail (R), POP3/IMAP, etc).
Methods:
First of all, when I tried creating my MSN account, I tapped on the "New Account" then "Windows Live (R) Hotmail (R)" option. I then tapped on "Manuel setup." In the "Manuel setup" I went into another section called "Incoming settings". I've entered all the necessary fields and made sure every one of them were correct. This includes the "POP server" which is "pop3.live.com". Once I was done I tapped "Next" and waited a moment later, I get this error message "Warning: Authentication failed. Please verify your username/password." Thinking that it was just a server error, I toggled the protocol to APOP and IMAP. But to no avail, I received the same error message. SO I moved on to the "POP3/IMAP" option.
Similarly to the "Windows Live (R) Hotmail (R)" option, I toggled the protocol to APOP and IMAP and even changed the default POP Server. Again I received the same error message "Warning: Authentication failed. Please verify your username/password."
Then I tried the "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync" option. I tapped the "Manuel setup" section which brought into the "Set up Exchange ActiveSync account." Similarly from the past two mail options, I've entered all the necessary information, including the "Domain" which was "smtp.live.com." A moment later and I get a different error message "Failed to connect to Exchange server. Please check Exchange server settings."
Conclusion:
Now I know that Hotmail was upgraded to Microsoft Outlook. So does that have anything to do with the problems I am encountering with the HTC mail app? Were my input settings correct on all mail providers? What have I done wrong on my inputs and how do I correct them?
Thanks,
Ace

Server Error: 404
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80194194
It was working fine one day and then the next day, it would not sync. I know that it must be the program because I can receive the emails on my phone and I can also go to the website and retrieve them. Anyone know how to fix it?
Steph
When I startup OUTLOOK I get the "Page Cannot be Displayed" error msg. It gives this msg because the web address it is looking for is
SN128W.SNT128.mail.live.com and that doesn't exist. All it needs is mail.live.com which does exist. How do I correct the WEB Address?
