I'm encountering the same problem as Michael. Emails from my brother and my daughter are not making it to either my inbox or my junk folder, but I'm getting sale alerts from Chico's, JCPenney, etc., etc. Why would contacts I've had in my account for
years all of a sudden not come through. VERY frustrating! As Michael said I don't know what I am not getting. Any ideas how to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated. And yes, I have already tried all of the troubleshooting ideas given to Michael.

Why has Hotmail suddenly started grouping any emails Sent/Received to/from the same person together? Have I hit a button accidentally? Can I stop it? I find it very confusing. I like my Sent and Inbox emails to be stored separately in the appropriate
place.

Help! I logged into my account a few days ago and almost all of the messages saved to my inbox were missing, save for a few from the last day or so. How do I recover my earlier emails??
I can add a contact in Windows Live Mail, but the only way to see the Contacts is to set up a new Email and click on "To...". I can Edit a Contact there in the list that comes up, but I cannot delete one. I want to backup my Windows Live Mail contacts
and Emails, but cannot figure out what directory they are stored in. Where does Windows Live Mail store its Contacts and Emails? It doesn't store them in the Windows 7 CONTACTS directory, and it doesn't seem to be able to access that directory

How can I make my (hotmail account) emails be added automatically to my contacts. I have over 5,000 emails that needs to be added to contacts and is there a faster way to do this or do I have to do it manually for each?
I have Exchange set up on my iPhone and receive emails from my main address plus my two aliases. The problem is when I send an email, it is sent from one of my aliases and not the primary email address. I've tried deleting and re-connecting the account,
plus have gone through my e-mail settings to double check the primary e-mail is set as I want it, to no avail. Is there an option other than deleting the alias that the emails are being sent from?
I reset the password using the mechanism provided when you click the 'forgot password' link on the sign-in page. Once reset via a security question, I signed-in with the new password, and all emails are missing. I had a new (unread) email from the Hotmail
Team with subject 'Getting started with Hotmail'. I've had the account for years. All contacts appear to be still there. When I click 'recover deleted messages' in the Deleted folder: also, nothing. I do not understand how my account could have been reset?
The 'Getting started with Hotmail' email is also confusing.
