Hi - the last two times I've tried to log into an email address (that I barely use anymore but is linked to important accounts such as PayPal) live.com has said that someone else has tried to log onto my account. When it then prompts me to email for an email reset password it sends it to an even OLDER email address that I have. The problem is, when I try to log onto this account it says it doesn't exist. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

I need desperate help on how to retrieve my blocked account.

My email account is blocked and despite several attempt to provide the information required to recover it, Microsoft repeatly sent an email the information provided is not sufficient. And now even suggest I create a new Hotmail account.

My email account was created like donkey years ago, and since then, I didn't use my actual name and more of nickname to my account. some of the information provided are not really accurate. Which makes the recovery process difficult (a slap on my face on this for not updating!)

I have some important folders created and stored many important information over many years.

I have all my previous MSN contacts, all my flight details and itinerary for the coming trips, and a lot more work related information that I need to access.

Now its ALL GONE or cannot access! I am really helpless now!

I was told to create a new Hotmail account which I just did, but is there a way to import everything to my new account?

Can I show proof of last 30 messages I received on my iphone to prove the account is mine?

What is the email of Microsoft or anyone I can speak to regarding this? I can let the person know what kind of emails I been receiving daily as proof.

HELP! I am desperate. Need my account back.

Can anyone advise me what to do? I need those information back.

Please help! Appreciate your time on this.

I am using a custom domain with domains.live.com

I was able to send emails and not receive emails
emails sent to me was bouncing back
the email account was deleted, and was recreated
when the account was recreated all the emails, contacts and folders were gone.

Please restore emails and folders

my domain id is indecubo.com

In the admin centre there is option of suspending the email account or deleting the email account , whereas no option of renaming the email id or reseting the password. i had both these options in the google apps .

Kindly provide me the same

Hey,

I need a sure way to recover my hotmail password. I don`t use the same phone number which is linked to my accound and I don`t know also the password to my alternative email. I need to recover my email, because is the email I use to log in the facebook account. Since yesterday I try all the methods to recover my password but no one works, because I didn`t use that adress to talk with my friends, I didn`t create any folder so I can`t provide so much information in the recovery form :(...it was specially created for Facebook.

Please help me!!!!

I guess my email account was hacked as it sent some unknown mails to my contact lists

then when i tried to login it said my hotmail was login by another one and ask for the answer of security qs.

As i cant answer it correctly,i tried to fill in the forms for several times but they said information not enough and suggest me open another new account. however,my account has been used for almost 15 years and many important info inside.

i am so depressed now. could any one help me to solve the problem ? i really wanna get my account back.

I would like to know if this domain is valid (Microsoft Email) or what exactly and how do I know if it is coming from Microsoft? What I did next was change my password and security questions in order to avoid being hacked.

I don’t have a child account on my computer but it keeps telling me I have to give permission.

I don't have a child account on my computer and when I try to play games it tells me I have to have my parents permission. So I go to another email account and sign in as parent to give permission thinking that will stop it but then it tells me I don't have a child account! HELP!

I have a live.co.uk email address. Irritatingly, every 24 I get locked out of my email account & the only way I can get back into it is to do a forgotten password/password reset. Firstly, why is it doing it & secondly how can I fix it!? I access my emails via my iPhone and laptop.
