I had an @msn.com email for about 10 years, i haven't logged into it in quite a while, at least a year or so. But i have a number of accounts for other web services linked to it. I need to see an email sent to me from Apple sometime in the last year, but
it's not there. There are literally no emails in my inbox except "welcome to hotmail" Is there any way to get those old emails back? Or did microsoft buy msn and screw my digital life?
I can sign in to my hotmail acct & see a screwed up page with no emails listed. If I scroll down, I see the last email I received was 11/23. The page is frozen; doesn't allow any activity! I have tried a number of fix-its including installing Firefox as
new browser but I get a grayed-out page of choices. Tried doing a different way buy got message saying this was not available to me. I CAN get on Hotmail from a Dell Desktop so this problem seems to be related only to Apple Products! What can I do as the Dell
is old & I was about to throw it out! So much for the quality of Apple products! More trouble than they're worth! None of the suggestions offered from MSN, Hotmail Support, geeks, etc have worked so what now?
I clicked on Messenger by mistake. I ONLY want Hotmail. How do I delete Messenger?
On the left side of the page as I was going down to my contacts, I clicked on Messenger by mistake.
Now I have a Messenger account instead of my Hotmail account.
How do I get rid of Messenger and get my Hotmail back?
I've read the options and I can't find anything.
I need really simple instructions and I use the computer buy I am NOT computer literate with the words and keys.
