Thank you for your time It's been quite a while since i try to close my hotmail account: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** unique id: (pii removed), but i haven't been able cause every time it says:
- You need to deactivate your Hotmail account. Once you've done that, your Microsoft account will be closed automatically after a period of inactivity.
But then i click on it and:
To close your Hotmail account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com.
Again i click on it and:
No billing information available
We couldn't find billing information associated with this account.
Please please Im tired of going around an around with this i even open a new hotmail account so if you want to contact me please do so to one of the next following accounts: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, i just want to close that account please HELP
