I'm trying to save the changes on this screen, but as you can see the "ok" button is greyed out. Anyone know how to correct this?
I just downloaded a trial of Office 2011 for Mac. It will not allow me to add an email account to Outlook. When I go to add accounts, I can select Exchange but when I try to select Email, it just hangs. Help!

Hi. This is ultra frustrating.
I want to disable an account but retain the emails. Such a simple concept that outlook patently does not get. The only way to stop outlook constantly asking to use my key chain or prompting me for passwords (literally every 10 seconds) is to delete the
account, in which case I loose all my emails.
There has to be a way to simple disable the account surely!?

Hello, I am currently locked out of my email account due to it being hacked and used to send spam email messages. I have changed my password, however when it tries to send the code to unlock my account it sends the code to the locked email account. I
need to get this resolved asap as I use this account often. I have tried calling the hotline number I found online, and have drove 1 hour to the Microsoft Store in Freehold NJ with no resolution.
I understand that my account will be labeled as inactive if I don't log in for a certain number of days, but will a warning email be sent to the account before this happens? I hope so, because then this email would be forwarded to my new account and I
would know to go back and log in. I couldn't find a solid answer anywhere. Any help?

I need to check my account details but my password details are not being recognised although I am sure they are correct. A code is being sent to my husabnd's PC but he is away. Why can't a code be sent to my PC? I don't want to have to change my password
