I am trying to add an email account to windows live. I was able to add my msn account.. I have tried adding my school email, which is also a windows live account, and have been unable
I've been trying for 2 weeks to get into my e mail account.
Apparently someone tried to hack into the account or I have breached the terms and conditions - I'm not sure.
The alternative e mail I had registered with microsoft is obsolete and the form they provide will not allow me to put in the current e mail that I am using.
I have supplied all the details asked for by microsoft but they will not send me a code for password recovery through the current e mail or through my phone.
What do I have to do to get access tyo my account? I'm beyond desperate at this stage.
I tried to send an email to too many recipients from my I-phone and Hotmail put a block on my account. The alternate email address in my hotmail profile is for an email address that is no longer valid. Hotmail says that they have sent the 'code' to this
account, but there is no way that I can open it. How can I change the alternate email account to a valid email address?
I was locked out and tried many times to get back in, to no avail. I have other email accounts and stopped trying, and was unable to get support from Microsoft. I have emails saved in that account that are important to me.How do I get them back? Thank

I noticed I had another telephone number registered. I am trying to update my telephone number and my email, and The previous email I had no longer exists. The domain name is even eliminated. I cant find anyway to update it as I add new emails and click the
confirm button and it never sends me the confirmation code to my email or my mobile phone. Is there anyway I can get this information removed so i can get a fresh start or do you know of any other way to reset them? Thank you for your time .
