since last update no windows programme will load, I am now using google ...
don't understand what has happened. cannot even access my shut down settings , nothing, just turn the power off
but I cannot even access my email except through google.
I am not young and need precise instructions .
if anyone can help will be grateful, else will just haqve to switch to google
Since windows 10 on my computer received updates yesterday the format for listing messages in windows live mail has changed. I cannot find a scroll bar to review my list of messages. Do I need to do it a different way?

Windows Live Mail missing accounts, folders and stored messages after upgrading to Windows 10 v.1803
On 5/21/2018 I shut down my PC and found that it was doing a major Win 10 update. Once the update was completed I restarted my PC and found that Ver 1803 successfully was installed.
I then opened Windows Live Mail App and found that it looked as if it had just been installed. No accounts, incomplete folders and no stored messages.
What steps do I need to take to resurrect my accounts, folders and messages. I have tried some of the earlier suggestions, is there a complete set of steps to fix this issue?
I also have discovered that my Seagate App has stopped working even though it appears in "all Apps list".

New computer with Windows 10. So far I hate it. I had Windows Lve Photo Gallery with hundreds of photos. When the photos were uploaded on the new computer they went to One Drive and it is full since all of my documents etc. also went to One Drive. I tried to download Photo Gallery but it wouldn't download. How can I remove my photos from One Drive so I can work with them and put them in folders? Same questions for my documents.
My daughter set up the new computer then had to go home (out of town) so I feel lost. Have garaduation photos I want to share with my granddaughter but don't know how. So frustrated.
I asked this question yesterday but cannot find a listing for it today? Once more: My WLM worked fine a couple days ago, but after downloading a major Win update my WLM 2012 has taken a dump. The opening screen is all out of whack; the icons at the bottom of the screen look like small Chinese characters that run along the bottom of screen and up the right side. When you open an email and use Bcc only part of your contacts show somewhat and the screen again appears like I said before. The to:, cc:; and Bcc; spaces go completely along screen and down the right side. The welcome screen when first opening WLM shows the WLM text left to right and a super imposed text up and down on the right that covers 2012. I use the old basic outlook for Hotmail and gmail for everything except for my major contacts. WLM worked great for me and has for years. I know it's no longer supported I just would like to continue using it as I did a few days ago. Thanks Charlie

Just need some advice on an issue I have.
I added an email account, but I don't need it anymore, so I want to remove it. But when I go into accounts and click on it so I can remove it, it just crashes and exits it.

First time import from Sony mini DV multiple files have been created.
Any time after receive the message: Photo Gallery was unable to create multiple files with your imported video. Your imported video has been saved as single file.
At options "import videos as multiple files" is checked
Seen in same question (03 Feb 2012) that the problem is fixed. Known issue. See KB ..
