Photo Gallery Version 2012 (16.4.3528.331)

First time import from Sony mini DV multiple files have been created.

Any time after receive the message: Photo Gallery was unable to create multiple files with your imported video. Your imported video has been saved as single file.

At options "import videos as multiple files" is checked

Seen in same question (03 Feb 2012) that the problem is fixed.  Known issue.   See KB ..

Any way to correct this issue?
