On 5/21/2018 I shut down my PC and found that it was doing a major Win 10 update. Once the update was completed I restarted my PC and found that Ver 1803 successfully was installed.

I then opened Windows Live Mail App and found that it looked as if it had just been installed. No accounts, incomplete folders and no stored messages.

What steps do I need to take to resurrect my accounts, folders and messages.  I have tried some of the earlier suggestions, is there a complete set of steps to fix this issue?

I also have discovered that my Seagate App has stopped working even though it appears in "all Apps list".
